1. NO REFUNDS

All sales are final. Since every drop is limited edition, we do not offer monetary refunds once an order is placed.

2. 100% QUALITY GUARANTEE (THE VIDEO PROOF)

We take quality seriously. Every single product undergoes a rigorous multi-step inspection by our specialized quality control team. To ensure total transparency:

Each item is individually checked for defects before packaging.

A high-definition video of the quality check and packaging of YOUR specific order is recorded.

This ensures that what you receive is exactly what we promised—perfection.

3. EXCHANGES ONLY

Exchanges are only allowed if you receive the wrong size or if there is a manufacturing defect that somehow missed our team (extremely rare).

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging with all tags intact.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
